This notice explains what personal information Cutchi Muslim Rathore Jamat keeps in this system, why, who can see it, and what you can ask for.
What we keep
- Your details: name, father's name, CNIC, date of birth, gender, marital status, blood group, mobile number, e-mail, address, education and work.
- Your family: the household and family members you or the office record, including children.
- Your documents: photo, CNIC copies and other papers uploaded to your record.
- Payments: chanda, donations, event fees, receipts, and the payment slips you upload.
- Activities: event registrations and blood donor records.
- Account records: your password in scrambled form that nobody can read, sign-in times, the internet address and browser used, and a log of changes made to records.
Why we keep it
- To keep the Jamat's membership and family records.
- To record chanda and donations and issue receipts.
- To run events, blood donation and other community services.
- To send you notices and messages about your account.
- To keep the system secure and find out who changed what.
Who can see it
- You can see your own record in the member portal.
- Office staff see only what their role needs. For example, the full CNIC number and identity documents are limited to staff given that permission.
- Other members cannot see your record. Only people in your own household see each other's name, relationship, age and member number on the My Family page.
- The software provider (UBlabs) looks after the system. Its portal cannot open member records. It can technically reach the server to keep it running and restore backups, and it uses that access only for this work.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it outside the Jamat only with the companies that host the system and store its backups, or if the law requires it.
How we protect it
- Connections to the system are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Uploaded documents and payment slips are private: they open only for you and for staff allowed to see them.
- Accounts lock after repeated wrong passwords, and important actions are recorded in a log.
- Backups are made every night and kept for 30 days.
- No system can be promised to be completely safe. Please keep your password private.
How long we keep it
- Membership and family records are kept as the Jamat's community record.
- Financial records and the change log are kept permanently and are not deleted. A wrong entry is corrected or cancelled, with the reason recorded.
- If you want your membership record closed, speak to the office.
Your choices
- See your details and download your chanda statement in the member portal.
- Ask for a correction through Change Requests in the member portal, or at the office.
- Ask the office what is held about you, or how it has been used.
- Cookies: we use only one to keep you signed in, one during sign-in where needed, and one to remember your language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
